I think its implied that Jingshi knows, when Maomao was telling Concubine Gyokuyou you can see Gaoshun behind them for a few seconds at one point so its kinda implied he reported to Jingshi about that, and Xiaomao apparently just means like "Little Cat or Kitten" or something like that.

Fun Fact：Mao means cat in Chinese and Xiao means little，so Xiao mao means Little Cat，her name is maomao cuz usually in China we say Mao twice—Maomao meaning like cute cat or kitten
