I hadn’t watched the episode yet so I didn’t think anything of the subtitle, but did you call the geographer a geologist? But now that I’m looking up the term I don’t even get what the real difference is.

reminder stanley is going to kill them even if xeno doesn't want that. stanley is a psycho that no one could best but a bunch of young adults with no military training beat him by stealing xeno with a simple trick. in senku side no one could have stopped stanley but he underestimated the loyalty to senku other than Ginro that boy broke faster than a match stick in a fire. remember Ryusui let himself be bait number of times and became multiple pieces of stone, all to help senku win. xeno may have soldiers but they are loyal to stanley.
