Alcides just pulling every feat Heracles did in life out of his pocket.

Honestly if those officers were ICE Agents they’d probably die day 1 of the Fake Grail War

Just Another Josh

I was waiting for us to finally get some hype for Flat. At first glance he seems like a joke character, but he is actually CRAZY powerful. He has briefly appeared in Apochrypha and a decent amount in the El-Melloi case files. He's still quite goofy in that show, but you then get little moments reminding you that he is FAR more than he seems. From what I understand he's basically a once in a generation mage, a natural born talent that can control just about any spell with nearly no effort. We have kinda seen hints of that even in this show, such as him breaking through all the barriers to eavesdrop on the conversation the Lords of the Clock Tower were having about the Grail War and his ability to sense the fog over the city when no one else has. He was an insane problem child for the Clock Tower and is the oldest of the El-Melloi class due to constantly being failed. He was simply too talented and too difficult to work with, so none of the professors could deal with him. That is until he met Waver, who instantly noticed he was faking a smile and treated him like any other student in the class and not a monster. Which is exactly why he has so much respect for Waver and the El-Melloi class as a whole. Fun fact, I've seen it stated that in alternate timelines where Flat does not meet Waver he would most likely be a world ending threat. So in EVERY other timeline he is assassinated by the Mage Association or a Counter Force Guardian (aka sprits like EMIYA). Without Waver's moral guidance he is a threat to all of humanity.

I literally have the bird killing sized omnibus of the first series of A certain magical index (full 21/22 volumes within)

The Berserker class is more about the idea of madness than it is being a brute, especially in more modern Fate works. The reason Jack is a Berserker specifically is because he is the direct representation of the myth of Jack the Ripper not the actual Jack the Ripper themselves. Basically he is the culmination of all the theories about the Jack the Ripper legend: different people(his shapeshifting), it being a group/conspiracy(his ability to clone himself), etc. Which fits into the madness category because you cant get much more mad than the idea of a crazy serial killer. Jack as a servant is rare because it can be summoned as a bunch of different entities with varying abilities due to the legend of us not knowing who really did it. This Jack is just one of those interpretations. Also they revealed who fake caster really was this episode with a throw away line if you all didn't catch it lmao. They will probably focus in it in more detail at some point but I found the lack of fanfare funny.

Almighty Ty

4:56 You’re absolutely right taylor good catch Thank god flat is a good person because his potential as a mage is scary. Honestly he might just be the strongest master in the war (excluding fran)

Rick Hound

That’s what happens when being a fan for over a decade and having the craziest lore around

Daniel Huitron

I noticed Saber's master, the blond girl, smiled at him during this episode op and ep 7 towards the end. She usually has a stern face before drinking the water bottle but now she smiles at him. Small detail i noticed. 😅
