Lol, it wasn't odysseus It was Oedipus, hence there's a thing of today called the oedipus complex. Odysseus is from the Odyssey, Type of story thats called an Epic (i think). Something to do with Homer. That is a really nice, certainly "epic" story about a king trying to get back home from a war.....but like everything along the way gets fucked up.....SOMETIMES because of him, lol. Can be summed up as "Am i still a man? Or have i become the monster?" Oedipus, is the Alabama story, basically about why you shouldn't run away from fate. King was told his baby son would bring ruin, instead of keeping him close....he sent him away to get killed.....obviously didn't get killed, comes back years later not knowing he got adopted. Forgot the reason, but as fate said, Oedipus killed his father on the roadside while traveling (was drunk and unaware, i think). Much later, became the new king of his original home and married his mom (all of which he didn't know, thought he was just marrying some older lady to gain the throne). By the time the truth was revealed.....done already got kids/siblings.......lol many people killed themselves at the end.......DONT RUN AWAY FROM FATE—
