I love Genau so much. As much as he pretends to not care about others he stays behind to protect bodies, repeatedly tries to keep Stark safe during the fight, uses the last of his consciousness to try bandaging his wounds, and THEN still manages to motion for Methode to heal him first. He really thought he was going to die and was doing everything he could to keep Stark alive.

Heiter (the priest on himmel's team) was the healer As well as the other priest guy that we are all waiting to come back for this current team So yeah....she dont know many healing spells.....

In S1 they explained the difference between mages magic, and the Goddesses magic. In passing, but from that we can infer a few things; The Priest spells, differ from mages because they require Faith in the Goddess, a scripture in your possession, and less mana to cast, where as mage spells only cost mana - but generally much more mana, thus a higher mana pool is needed - and sometimes spell components (like shadow dragon horn, the blue moon weed, etc). Frieren can cast basic level Priest spells, because she has minimal faith, like she believes the goddess exists, but never studied the scriptures so can't cast the higher levelled stuff like a priest can, due to their immensely strong faith. Methode believes and probably studied the scriptures in her life so she can cast heals. From memory it's said that Serie can cast everything, because not only did she study everything, she also walked with the goddess, which means she probably met her in the time of Myth. So her unwavering faith would be from being personally in her presence.

the fog blocked her ability to hide once the fog lifted she could hide her mana completely which is apparently impossible. she hid in front of a demon that could detect you instantly. ferns needs a set list of spells for any occasion. a fire spell, water, wind, light, block out light sound and smell.she has the power and skill but not enough with real world fights where there are no rules but do what you have to to stay alive. 1st class are monster serie is right any other mage that failed her exam, had they been made into 1 st class they would have been dead. to keep fighting with life threatening holes. like in chainsaw the devils fear people with a loose screw.
