Just Another Josh

Fun fact, the core of the spell Qiffrey cast is the exact same as the portable water spell Coco used during the Dada Range exam. The tool where you opened it up and it drew water from the surrounding atmosphere. That’s exactly why all the clouds suddenly vanished, he pulled ALL the water from the surrounding atmosphere and shaped it into that dragon to attack. Which is probably exactly why he flew higher up, to reach cloud height and surround himself with even more water. Clouds are unreasonably heavy and he concentrated all that weight into a single attack, no wonder it one shot the dragon. Also, the fact his stare cuts off the ED is so good. Such a great choice. The ED carries the lighthearted vibes the show outwardly presents, but he cuts it off to silently threaten another witch. Yet again, things involving forbidden magic keep interrupting the normal musical tone. In a way it’s not far off from how the manga uses darker shading like I mentioned last week, so that moment REALLY got me hyped. I hope they keep doing this where these darker moments actively interrupt peaceful interactions.

Studio staff probably giggling to themselves thinking about anyone who complained about the dragon from last week's episode knowing they had this cooked up

they had to save budget for this the REAL dragon, and he didn't kill it, he wants to teach his students kindness but also strength to defend their kindness.
