Naddy's got to be one of the hardest characters in anime to not just subtitle but to do an English dub for, because her entire joke is throwing nonsense English into EVERY sentence she says. If you actually listen to the words she's saying it is truly garbled nonsense. That's part of why Rentarou knows almost immediately she is Japanese, because nothing she says sounds remotely fluent. So I have no idea how you go about translating that into English. I do not envy the poor translation team that will have to deal with her for however many seasons this show runs for. Also, like all other girls her name itself is a joke. While normally the girls get a direct pun related to their character archetype, Naddy's name is literally just the common phrase 'yamato nadeshiko' inverted, which means something like 'the ideal Japanese woman". Specifically with a heavy emphasis on traditional Japanese culture and beauty to the point that it is using one of the older names for Japan: 'Yamato'. So her name is saying that she is the perfect image of traditional Japanese women, while she herself is pretending to be an American.
