AW YISS, finally!!! Also, I highly recommend watching certain other isekai, if you haven't already (or re-watch with your buddies if they haven't seen it): Overlord, Re:Zero (I think I did hear you mention this one before), and Saga of Tanya the Evil. Then after all those, you gotta watch Isekai Quartet, which is a crossover of those four, featuring chibi versions of the characters with the og VA's, in 10 or 12 min episodes. It's super hilarious. The Rising of the Shield Hero comes to S2 of Isekai Quartet, which is currently airing.

Also, "bakuretsu bakuretsu la la la" is I guess what you could call an "inside meme" at this point for Konosuba. They got a couple of crazy-ass YouTube videos of it with over-the-top edits and shit. XD And I'm weak, after seeing Konosuba so many times, I've only just noticed her cutting the word "Explosion" with each one. Dafuq is wrong with me lmao

Lmaoo it's such a subtle yet funny addition! And I'll have to check out those memes!

Definitely will, we've seen Re:zero, I'm the only one who's seen overlord, and none of us have seen Tanya the Evil. Definitely wanna check out Isekai quartet though I've heard good things about it

Can't wait for the next episodes. Shit just keeps getting funnier after this! It would be cool if you started Saga of Tanya the evil it's really good. And maybe have the others watch Overlord off camera so you can do reactions to Isekai Quartet.

Also I read on an article that the Konosuba movie comes out on Blu-Ray on March 25, so probably around there it's going to be available on kissanime, etc...
