Just Another Josh

I still vividly remember when this episode aired and the instant concern when that warning message appeared. The show had already gotten pretty dark on some episodes, but an actual warning meant something really bad had to happen. The warning was very well deserved. This definitely isn’t the kind of episode you’d expect from a show with such a seemingly cheerful premise.

Re:Animated: We're watching Elaina the wandering witch. Me: oh cool, what genre is it? Re:Animated: Yes.

Oh, I wonder if that was intentional or if the stardust witch saying she picked out her own name in the first ep because it sounded cool is a continuity fuck up

I like how we got a sequence of wholesome episodes after episodes 3-4 only to get to episode 9...talk about an extreme shift in tone again lmao. Those wholesome moments were well needed

You know shit's gonna get real when you get the content warning into no OP

Lites

The infamous episode 9 😈

She said she picked the name because it was cool because that’s what elaina’s mom l said lol

I know the warning is there to warn people but I still miss the days where you got no warning and it came out of left field like the original higurashi or madoka

They should just do it for the whole season regardless of the episode so people know the show has some shit in it but not what episode exactly

AH yes, been waiting for this one!!!! Bet you weren't ready coming into it, huh? Even with the warning lol

You say, "My Witch Academia," but there is an anime called "Little Witch Academia" by Studio Trigger lol. Idk if y'all seen it, but it's a good one. Imagine Harry Potter + Kill La Kill (minus the skimpy outfits).

Sheila a biker chick... err, biker witch? That's hot. She's like the adult version of Saki from Zombie Land Saga (which is another anime I highly recommend). Also a tidbit: Nike in this case is "nee-keh."
