Did you think this show would get the attention that it did when you started? I went to check epi 1 and it had almost 40 likes lol.

Yeah it's definitely gonna be a cult classic. Season 2 was confirmed before 1 was finished and revealed it to the public in the last episode. It had such good ratings the higher ups scrapped the idea of it being a one shot and signed the creator up for another season. That shits so rare lol

2026-09-10 13:00 IDK if yall catched it or not but from my understanding, she been eating everything she sees so she learned the skill devourer and attached that skill on her shield in the beginning of the ep. So yeah she pretty OP rn... idk what's gonna happen but at this point, as a software engineer myself, her shield is a bug in the game man haahah, I would def have to nerf her lol

So glad yall picked this up 😂 I love this show

I'm so hyped for S2, this show is just so wholesome and so different compared to all the other death, blood and destruction animes (goblin slayer, rimuru i am looking at you here). Personally i believe this show is like a hidden gem but i am happy to see the writers and animators got the recognition they deserve.

A software engineer!? That’s fire! And ok gotcha I thought her shield came with that skill, thanks!

I think "rogue" probably would've been a better translation than "swashbuckler," as that is a more typical fantasy rpg class. Honestly that's straight up common sense/knowledge, not sure why the subber(s) didn't think of that.

Her shield makes Telesto in Destiny 2 go, "Woah, and I thought I was broken."

Do you get a chance to go back and read the social media texts at the end of the episode when you're editing?

yeah cause everyone is quitting their jobs for "freedom", it's easier to get into tech jobs. I studied software engineering online for 6 months and applied... luckily, got in even though I don't know shi lol Been working for almost a year now.

That’s really dope bro, it’s all good though because they will teach you how they do the job anyway, so you’re walking away with a W regardless.

I remember watching this when it was out and I was just thinking the game developers gonna have to patch and nerf her shield

Leaning back in gaming chair (or lying in bed with the full dive, I guess?).... "Oh shit, hold up....." sits up "Aight, bring it, bitch."

Xplixit

Just realized the second drawing she made was a YUGIOH 5D's Reference
