This fight was so epic. Had to rewatch it a few times when I first saw it

So basically as far as I understand, being western and knowing The Great Gatsby, all the ability names are the names of famous novels we just don't know the eastern ones we have been introduced to already very well.

Krissy Williams

So the names of the characters are the authors names and their abilities are named after short stories/books. Each of them also have little quirks referencing the author just how Dazai is obsessed with suicide and the real Dazai committed double suicide. Tanzanaki and his sister weird incestous relationship is mentioned in one of his books and Akutagawa coughs a lot bc the author he is based on was sick for most of his life. A lot of these details are lost on us because they are eastern authors. There's a good crunchyroll youtube episode about it if you're interested. None of this is spoilers btw just bonus info. Also fun fact Bungo means Literary in Japanese. Great reaction, can't wait to see more! I never comment usually but thought I'd drop some info I knew

This is the episode where we figure out that Aktagawa has a bad case of Notice me senpai. ^0^ Also Fitzgerald is my fav character by far...and not just cause of his seiyuu I swear.
