I fell hella behind on danmachi but I’m finally gonna catch up, might as well catch up through your reactions, heard this season just gets even crazier💯

I think Rabbit's Foot as a translation is fine. The name in Kanji included 'no' so the possessive makes sense. It's weirder they messed that up in the LN translation. The fan translation I read a few years ago had the possessive 's' included as well.

Shit constantly keeps 1uping itself going forward from here. Is there a Gintama upload later tonight?

Yeah, well depending on where you are in the world it’ll be early in the AM. Im EST so it’ll be posted around 12:40/1AM I have to get it edited and rendered which won’t take too long.

I'm UK so It's morning, didn't want to get time zones mixed up. Thanks for the info.

Next arc about to be INSANE. (From a LN reader)

Had me on the edge of my seat the whole time (while reading it), watching this season really makes me want to reread it, but I'd rather see it animated so I gotta be patient cause its worth it

L.C.

It ain't little rookie anymore. We talking big rookie now.

Everyone after bell at this point,

L.C.

If you think about it Bell having multiple women matches up with his connections. Zeus was clapping all the cheeks he could get based on his lore lol. Bell having multiple girls and children basically makes him the next Zeus.

L.C.

Did my guy just say high collars like bell is wearing is filthy? oh hell nah. I love jackets that have that extra collar on them. Its dope. I will fight anyone who says otherwise. Something about it just exudes badass energy to me lol

L.C.

The guys other than those elves are barbarians if I remember correctly. That is why they are tall and buff.

I can definitely see an ending to the series where Bell has kids everywhere with all these girls lol

L.C.

Its nice to see an episode like this when you think about where Bell started out. The only one that would accept him was Hestia. The glow up is real.

they are dwarfs but the LN did mention Dormul specifically being much taller than a normal Dwarf.

Alright, end of the 1st volume of Danmachi season 4. With this we have reached the end of vol 12 and start up vol 13. For this episode most of it is all anime original, the only content from the books are the beginning in Williy's inn (yes that is actually its name) and the end with the emergency. For cut content the only thing really missing is the context for Welf's new title. His title of "Ignis the Ever Burning" is a direct jab at his confession to Hephaistos that was part of the skipped content from season 2, after Welf had his part back then he confronted Hephaistos saying he loved her and wanted to make her his, she told him he would be happier looking for a mortal woman, citing how she would be unable to give him children and saying he wouldnt like whats under her eyepatch, at which point he held her and took off her Eyepatch and said "This is nowhere near enough to quell the fires you stoked in my heart." so Welf's title is every god making fun of his confession. there was a little more in the Denatus but not much, this was all supposed to happen before Bell got the letter from Eina about the Expedition so now the timeline is all lined up again. One thing is Hestia took more notice of how Freya showed interest in Bell during the Denatus, that is very concerning to her cause Freya mad thirsty. Oh and for all the Names the gods make for the adventurer's they are supposed to all be jokes to the gods, some get legit names like Ais' Sword Princess or Finn's Braver but most are the gods giving each other crap. but now we get to the best part of this arc, if you guys thought the Moss Huge was intense just wait for whats coming, as always watch out for spoilers dont think anyone else really posts stuff like I do but always best to be cautious. One more thing I forgot to say for last weeks episode, I know I touched on how the Moss Huge has inner thoughts in the book that they didnt show in the show for good reason but I wanted to share the last thoughts of our friendly Dungeon Irregular, "If I'm ever reborn...." "I'll never ever go near a white rabbit again." and with that I will catch you guys next week for the star of vol 13's content.

Baltierrian22

oh and kinda weird thing for me to point out but the town they were in, Rivira is not that tidy, usually wooden structures and maybe some buildings inside like hills and stuff but no stone and plaster like they showed there, the town gets destroyed every couple of months from monster attacks so most buildings are made from easy to remake materials. Strange thing for me to harp on but it stuck out to me

Baltierrian22

and yes Dormul is a Dwarf, just really tall, the LN's even mention that Ryu is level 4 yeah And Lili is a Pallum, like a halfling, those ears were part of her magic disguise.

関口信玄

Glad they finally changed his name lmao. Dude is way beyond rookie now. XD Rabbit Foot isn't great, but at least it implies speed and agility.

Damn, kinda wish we could've seen Welf's confession animated.

L.C.
>>90345530

ooooooh ok I got thrown off because the guy was tall so I thought they had originally said barbarians

Baltierrian22
>>90354629

they mainly picked that cause they had nothing to go off of aside from everyone saying he looked like a rabbit or a Hume bunny and his high agility.

LordLaMink

man i couldnt be Bell, i'd be knockin the sonic rings out of Aisha every night

The Anime Man

I actually still prefer little rookie
