I read the manga (about as much as Terrence), and I can tell you there are no REAL spoilers. Nothing that gives the plot away or any twists and turns. It's just characters without context. It's really not as bad as Javon is making it out to be. It doesn't tell you what happens, it doesn't tell you who dies, it's fine.

I can't recall if someone's already told you all before or if you're already aware, but this show will have 12 different ending themes. Which is absolutely insane. Every episode will end with a completely different ED. It's not even that common for shows to have 2 per season, yet Chainsaw Man's out here changing the ED every single time. Considering how incredible the list of artists is and how great the OP and ED1 are, this show's going to end up with a top-tier album by the end of it.

As a big follower of the manga, the Opening definitely doesn’t spoil anything major. Unless you’ve read it the frames of x and y you’ll see for half a second mean nothing at all, and a good majority of the opening is either a movie reference or just the characters doing random stuff and being whacky. Just wanted to give my opinion if you were worried about spoilers but wanted to watch the OP. Great first episode though, it only adapted chapter 1 so there’s not a lot to talk about as nothings really happened yet but next week the story should start to pick up.

unironically (or intentionally) their use of cgi lowkey fits the aesthetic of the manga. atleast with the zombies. also liked that the action had some weight to it like with denji's swings.

Another series about killing and hunting demons/devils. Shonen jump just really can't find a way to add some actual new diverse content to their shit. I already know I will like the story but holy shit the CGI sucks ass. I already know people will be dickriding more than ever on this series so I doubt it will matter like it usually does. I just find a hard time enjoying shit when everything looks out of place and weirdly animated in comparison to normal animation.
