So in the tournament right now, the time limit is 90mins so if both teams are still tied, both teams earned a point to their overall tally. In the real world, after 90mins they usually give additional times depending on how much time was used for delay of game within the 90mins. As for most tournaments like the World Cup, if both teams are tied after 90mins plus additional time, the game resumes with two extra 15mins halves. If after the two extra halves they're still tied, it goes to a penalty shootout for the W. They each take turns attempting a penalty and if after each team goes 5 times and they're still tied, it goes to sudden death and whichever team scores while the other team miss in the same round will be the winner.
