you should play the game, it's a similar vibe to class of 09 a little with it's edginess, though I think it's more mature and well written rather than comedy based

The game is called "NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD" if ED is interested in checking it out. The game has you play as "P-chan", the manager and boyfriend of new streamer Kangel with the insane goal of trying to reach 1 million followers in only 30 days. The game is a "raising" game, which is a type of strategy/simulation game involving balancing stats for a goal, which can lead to several endings based on those stats along with possible other conditions. The game also has one final ending after getting every other ending. The anime's plot is very different so far from the game (for example, the game only has 2 total characters, but clearly this anime has way more than that), but I'd say that this is fine since the game's plot is really hard to translate to a cohesive anime, and the anime still retains alot of the themes, social issues, and art aesthetic of the game pretty well.

I will also note that the game is a pretty great stream game, though if you don't want to play it since it does a decent amount of time to view all of the endings to understand elements of the story, there's a great vid called "A Story analysis of Needy Stream Overload" by OrangE that discusses the gameplay loop and the themes of the game extremely well to better understand possibly some of the stuff that happens in the anime.
