No hate cause you are more or less correct on the power inconsistency and the power creep issues but honestly how did you notice so much inconsistency here but almost rarely noticed them in Steven Universe😭😭 I feel like that show was just as big of an offender for me when characters wouldnt use certain abilities to solve their problems easily. Atleast here they try to nerf the ninjas like the did when Garmadon stole their weapons at the end. Only difference is SU had fights much less frequent

E.D.Anime

LMAOOO idk. Maybe cause I was more entertained by the cast and other things since it was as action focused as ninjago so far

Isaac Espinal

I think its just generally western cartoons thing(a lot of anime suffer from this too though) where the power scaling is way too inconsistent in so many shows. For example, I love Avatar but the comics power scaling is so ass but at least the show fixes it a bit but carry over some issues, dont even need to explain Invincible. Arcane(and hopefully future league shows) might honestly be the best in this aspect in western cartoons. Art schools need to start teaching storyboarders to care about this or something😭

King Tut

bro earth is so ass when you called the dragon doing that BS i could not stop laughing

It wasn’t this bad tho because the gems weren’t gaining powers they didn’t already have. Love this show but these dudes kinda just get powers that make them op then proceed to never use them ever

Isaac Espinal

I wasnt talking about that, i was referring to the times the gems didnt use their powers to the fullest at certain times. Like how Pearl has a ranged attack and didnt use it on Peridot flying away or same with amethyst chasing something and not turning a helicopter. Or how they didnt even try fusing against aquamarine until the last second.

Sensei Wu be acting like when Jake was trying to kill himself because of the cosmic owl dream
