diane did say earlier in the episode one of the side effects she got from the anti-depressants was weight gain. a lot of medications can do this as well, so the scene at the end with her is especially positive, showing she started taking them again and taking steps towards healing and is honestly good rep to show it and not stereotype it as an inherently bad thing. this second half of the season though is gonna be genuinely crazy les gooo
