 Amongst all of the world class expert trainers in the Athena Athletic Academy, for those students with the grit to achieve Gold Collar status, they must be their own toughest coach. Ellie is no different.

 Ellie has the patience to stay up on the stall bars for as long as it takes, making sure each rep is perfect and slow as she squeezes her obliques painfully hard with each raise. The bulging muscles shift under her leotard as she twists her knees and crunches each side in turn. All with steady breaths, ready to take it to complete exhaustion before moving onto her next gruelling exercise.
