Spell: Dissonance (Patreon)

This spell causes deadly vibrations within any target you can see.

I originally made this back in my 3rd edition D&D days, but have now updated it for 5e.

Think of it as a particularly messy version of disintegrate, but with bonus effects if your target fails its save but still survives.
