Story Hook: Tortoise and Hare Race (a Road-vember creation) (Patreon)

What if a certain tortoise and a certain hare weren't the ones actually racing, and what if someone wanted to ensure one particular outcome of said race?

This story starter / plot hook can be dropped into pretty much anywhere that there are enough people for some sort of courier/transport service to be in business.

Made for day 24 of Road-vember.
