Blurpmirf's Staff (Patreon)

This magical staff is great for going underwater, for spellcasting (it's a focus), and for fighting (it's a magical weapon). You just have to keep the staff's actual owner happy.

This was created as an entry for a homebrew contest. The contest entry, with the artwork by the contest sponsor that inspired it, can be found right over here.
