There's only one more thing to do before "The Reviled Society" launches on Tuesday--finalize the thumbnail. I am currently of two minds on this.

Option "A" is the original version, based on the Veiled Society cover. This capitalizes on nostalgia. Each episode would have a different color/number.

Option "B" shows the miniatures. This hollers back to the old "Caves of Carnage" episodes. Each thumbnail would feature a different mini.

My concern with "A" is it won't attract a younger audience. My concern with "B" is it may be tough to see the minis on a thumbnail. What do you think?

Both will be hard to see as thumbnails but the colour scheme of the original module is more eye catching. If you have the time, can you pop your mini pic over the original module cover?

Bagel-Man

Personally, I think the thumbnails you have for them on patreon are more eye catching.

As someone who never played the original but played bx d&d, and all the rest. Option A hit me way more. I think it has an old school feel because it features minis but without nostalgia to help option b lacked an emotional response when I saw it. I prefer option A.

Both are great, the old school has bright colors that should attract people's attention. As well the one with the miniature lacks the bright colors, but sets the a seen that gives people the feel of what did I just get my self into. Hard choices.

MrGunn

MrGunn of course goes against the tide, opts for original cover, because it is more in keeping with the Dungeon Craft brand and creates a mental link to the original adventure module. As to the younger generation: "Get off my UDT you uneducated brats!" ;P

Your version strays so far from the published, I would go with the miniatures. It's more yours than it is rooted in the module. So, go ahead and own it. Besides, the miniature on the rooftop looks cooler and will give new viewers an idea what they're getting.

Declan Riordan

As an homage you could re-create the module covers by using miniatures in similar poses.
