"When the procedures get in the way of a good time we eliminate the procedures" Is clearly the best statement in this entire video. This is how exactly how my group sees things. Some things don't make sense and should be altered so as to make sense to keep the game moving and the fun continues.

I really like to hear your thinking and adaptations and how your players responded. In one of my recent adventures, Ihave a lot of bug, lizards and other non-communicative critters. You’ve given me something to think about. A couple of questions: 1. did you make your Cynidiceans like ghouls? 2. Since you have the Goodman games version, are you going to use their take on the city?

The nearest desert in my game world was created when the elves blew themselves up with light/prism magic in a demon war/invasion. Thinking of running this but making it all elven. Elves in dragonlance have those creepy masks. There were buried sand elves in everquest as well. It sounds fun but so much work lol

A tough villain for DM to make a challenge- evil Clerics.they tend to have a lack of attack spells. Definitely minions are needed. This could be a topic for a video.
