Pups <3 (Patreon)

June was definitely an exciting month! We had Smallville Comic Con and Duke City Comic Con on back to back weekends so we made a plan to make it a tour. Once we had the plan, other things worked out; the trip coincided with the puppies (of the mom dog we saved) becoming old enough to be adopted and make a trip.

For those of you who are new here,  we saved the mom from Oklahoma after almost running her over heading back from Planet Comic Con, and one of the pups had a family ready back in the Oklahoma area by a friend living in a military base. The other going to a cosplay family with Jen from the I-Bots. And let me tell you...it WAS an adventure!

The pups got to experience their first tornado warning, full with going into a tornado shelter and everything. Its true what they say about animals feeling it first. The first pup was picked up on the way to Hutchinson Kansas and was very happy with her new family. The other pup was picked up the next day at Smallville Comic Con and I have heard that he is doing great and took very well to his new life.

So, that concludes our pup adventure. They will always have a place in our heart and we hope they and their families enjoy being together for years to come.
