Early days of mants. The world government has a vaccine for a shrinking virus but hasn't a cure. If you'll shrink you'll become "a mant status". Mant - a shrunken person that has no rights. It's a pest. If you see a mant you must crush it. Hospitals for shrunken people were closed. Doctors needed to liquidate all past patients. This is one of the first that episodes.
