Guided Meditation Visualisation ~ ASMR (Patreon)

Hey guys,

A lot is happening this week so I'm not sure if I'll be able to do a new video. So, I decided to reuse some old footage.

Here's some throwback footage from the times I would live stream over at Twitch.tv. I cut out all of the chats and jibba jabbas ofc since this was live after all.

I guide you through a secret garden visualisation to help you let go of stress. Hope you enjoy!
