Collective Reading: 9 of Earth / Pentacles We have seen that the 9's show compromises and choices. This theme emerges in Pentacles as well. The woman stands alone in her garden. To achieve what she has, she has had to give up normal companionship that calls for a certain sense of self-reliance and a certain loneliness in pursuit of goals. Ultimately this card refers to a celebration, a success, that can now be had thanks to a sacrifice that was made in the name of self-development and discipline.
