Ok so either Bobby has a weird condition or male DKs dont have nipples, in that case would females have nipples, i mean they give live birth so if not how would the young survive without breast milk, unless there is like a powder that you buy from the shops

This is actually somewhat realistic. If you ever look at dogs and cats when they're rolling around being derps....you can't see the nipples on male animals unless you really look, pushing the fur aside. Females, especially those that have given birth, have ones that are way more prominent, though they're not typically grown out as in humans.

They have nipples to breast feed and look sexy. The NSFW female turnaround has them. However in Vol.4 when Silk had her bra pull down she didn't have any curiosiously,but when Dave does his occasional naughty art they have nipples

I imagine it's a case by case basis. Dreamkeeper physiology is hugely variable. Some are birdlike, reptilian, mammalian, fish, or sometimes none of those.
