Holy crap, i assumed it was just the room, whats the range on Randys power?

Solo-Ion

It really hasn't been defined yet. We don't know if he can travel anywhere in a static moment of time, or if he just freezes time in a close proximity. Also, Randy is possibly the least responsible person imaginable to have this kind of power.

I choose to think of it like the Flash. The flash's power doesn't slow down everything around him, it just allows him to move really quickly so that it *appears* like everything around him is moving slowly. Otherwise you'd get some weird shit going on. Like, what happens when someone outside Randy's influence tries to step into frozen-time? What about someone who's halfway in and halfway out when Randy activates his power? Best to just assume that Randy is able to move while time everywhere else is frozen rather than considering it as a sphere-of-influence type deal.

Yea super speed Randy seems more logical, i cant stoo thinking of the poor fellow stuck between frozen and present
