The lore book is spreading its wings to encompass new exotic horizons.

Welcome to the foreign empire of Serapeum.

Although it looks packed with locations, this map spans well over a thousand miles in every direction- with creatures, unique resources, lost civilizations, and stories abounding.

The lore has been developed, as well as an additional map of the pinnacle of the region, Serapeum itself- plus creatures.

Lots of creatures.

While Anduruna has its share of wildlife, it's the more domesticated / industrialized civilization, leaving us unlimited room to get wild in the untamed lands.

Considering the vast desert expanses separating cities and villages, aerial mounts take on civilization-sustaining importance in Serapeum. The Riker is the largest flying creature that has been domesticated. Not as agile as some of the smaller mounts, but large enough to haul an underslung passenger / cargo carriage.

We incorporated sails and fins into a good number of these critters, to help with managing heat in the terrain, and also....

Well I like fins. They're cool. Everyone's gonna have to deal with it.

The cervical fin on this kumodato serves as a convenient handle, together with the proper brace-grip. This negates the need for reins and a bit.

The Lore book should make for fascinating reading, and especially getting into the various tribes and factions within Serapeum should make for some excellent story handles for roleplay campaigns.
