We have arrived at the dark horizon- the final comic page of Volume 5, as the Mokoi hits its first obstacle:  The surging Alchera ocean.  With it's bladelike limbs, it has no chance of swimming.

And it has no need.

Like the supernatural death messenger it is, the Mokoi simply chooses to walk- nay, DASH across the water.  Now nothing stands between it and its prey, save distance, and precious time.
