A short session to set a physical relaxation anchor that can be done discretely in any setting. Anchoring can use many forms - touch, word, or sight. 

I prefer to use physical sensations when referring to 'anchors' and words/sights when referring to 'triggers'. 

You may find that they're often interchanged in the hypnotherapy world.  I believe some of this is to avoid using the word 'trigger' which often has a negative connotation in today's world.

I've introduced this to SbE because I plan to mingle more physical anchors into our play. It's always best, though, to start with something simple (that feels amazing) to get used to a technique.

Oh yes, Mistress is definitely prolific. Thank you for this wonderful relaxing experience. I appreciate you, Mistress. I have to say that I'm enjoying these vanilla interludes more and more. They contribute to make the experience of being your devoted lad more varied, interesting, and with all the extra benefits that these files bring (who doesn't benefit from a relaxation anchor?). I actually like to think of them as anchors. I feel it highlights an element of connection (an anchor is always tied to something) that is missing from "trigger". As a suggestion, one anchor for focus would be nice addition. Who doesn't need some help focusing on the task at hand sometimes?

Thank you. You're sweet. A focus anchor is a wonderful idea and will be added to the list! For my creative process, mixing the short with the long and the vanilla with the spice is helpful. The pause allows certain ideas to marinate until they're ready to turn into a finished session. That's part of the reason I have a range for the personal files. If someone has requested a relaxation session and I'm in the mood for some smut.. well.. I do the other one first (and vice versa).
