Both Anchoring: Focus files have the same words, but different background music.  Choose which one speaks to you.  It is setting a physical anchor to the feeling of being focused.

Feeling Feminine is obviously for those exploring their feminine nature. Thanks to those who offered to give me feedback on it.

Tomorrow is moving day for me, finally! It has been strange to have most of my things in boxes, expecially to be unable to record. I know what part of the new place is getting set up first! Thanks to all of you for the well wishes and patience. I'm one of those very bossy "get it all done asap" kind of movers, so by tomorrow night I should be feeling quite happy.

This waiting has been torture for a woman used to just getting things done. I have friends helping me (in an approved social distancing way) move and last night realised a few special toys don't.. well..fit in boxes. So where do you hide your sex toys when you know people will be in and out?  The ones that couldn't be boxed are in my luggage with a cliche pink heart-shaped lock on it. If that lock could talk....

We're going to have a great July!

I just had an amazing time: lying on my acupressure mat and listening to my personal file. I am feeling so great and refreshed now. I had headaches before, but now my mind is completely clear. I look forward to listening to your focus files. I can use this very much, and it's great to strengthen my bonds to you (just by hearing your voice). What about the word temptress, my keyholder and owner?

I am not sure whether I remember correctly. But I once wrote "sex-toys" on the box with the sex toys. I don't think that anybody believed it.

We could have a feeling masculine file as well. Positive submissive masculinities don't get enough appreciation in our culture. ;)

Mistress already teaches openness and vulnerability (in her recordings and interactions). I think that she openly states that she is training our characters. Life probably hasn't been easy for Mistress, too. Yet, I feel only warmth and friendliness for us. Without being too explicit about that (although sometimes, she is *very* explicit), she inherently strengthens me feeling worthy. It makes me feel safe and submitting even more. I can trust that when listening to her recording, the results will be beneficial to me as a person. By my nature, I have a very strong female side/anima (I do not listen to the "feeling feminine" files). I have transformed right about everything about myself. But when it's about masculinity, I have found that there are limits I shouldn't cross. I tried. I participated in a lot of tantric activities which were supposed to strengthen us males in our role. Usually, it resulted just in pain for me. In the result, in incredibly many seminars, I only participated in the meditations and then drew myself back to some safe spot in the room. Yes, I try to embrace openness and vulnerability. It's always a hard exercise for me. I also try not to reject masculinity when I see it in others. Regarding myself, I stopped asking myself about masculinity or fulfilling role expectations. I accept what I am and develop it in a way which I consider beneficial.
