Hey everyone,

Friday is when I usually try to zero-out my inboxes. Unfortunately, I'm feeling a bit under the weather today so might not have much screen time. So don't feel ignored, it's not you. It's likely something from the ridiculous lunch I agreed to a few days ago.  As I told someone earlier, I feel like I've been riding around in a stuffy car on country roads for too long.

Simple lemon tea and a decent book cures everything. At least I'm hoping it will!

Much love and enjoy this last day of the month.

Take care and rest up today Goddess. Does edging equal orgasm... as I’ve thought about this one this week, I think it depends on how we’re defining orgasm. Are we talking about it in the strictest biological sense of ejaculatory release, or are we including the elation that can sometimes be felt without full physical release? Then again, as. I think about that more, the non-ejaculatory orgasm may just be the pinnacle of edging. You’re not just at the edge of the cliff, tempting fate to fall over the edge, you’ve tied a rope to a tree and are hanging out over the edge of the cliff, that rope and tree being the only thing keeping you from going over completely.

tldr: Mistress spends 15min justifying not posting the schedule on patreon 😂 I jest, of course. As a personal systems conscious person I support all the streamlining of what's not fulfilling. I like to rely on apps for much of it. It might not work for everyone but it helps me get a good idea of what's working for me or not and to easily tweak my routines without losing track of what I'm doing and without the effort of keeping records. Question of the day: No, but it doesn't mean it's necessarily less of a pleasure. I feel mainstream sexual scripts tend to map "success" on a binary and I feel that's just limiting to everyone, both men and women. If you shift the order of the titles to Goddess, Empress, Mistress and take the first letters you get GEM, which is fitting because you absolutely are one. If it doesn't sound awe inspiring enough (it does to me though), maybe we can coin Gemtress as the ultimate dominant title. ;) I'm sorry you're feeling under the weather. Take good care of yourself. Hope you feel better soon. Warm wishes. :)

Oh, Mistress. Checking the Diary is an understatement here. The giggle, the empathy, the considerate advice: so many good things. I'm sorry that you're feeling unwell. I'm about to send you something that I hope will help you feel better. Oh yeah, the question: no, it doesn't.

I don't know if Patreon supports the span element + title attribute in its posts, but it's definitely possible to have the GEM acronym appear on the website and then have the words "Goddess, Empress, Mistress" appear as a tooltip.

I agree. It only counts if you completely screw it up. Although (ooooh... confession time..) I don't really get into edging. I do like setting a really fast time limit and saying "GO!" hehe

Yes, most people see edging as the tempting of fate. I think it can be a wee bit disingenuous. It is like someone coming to me and saying "Oh, please, please don't ever dress me in that gypsy-layered skirt with the flouncy peasant blouse on top and make me go out for a picnic in the park with you.. I just couldn't handle it, even if you added the sunhat and my favourite lipgloss, and a pair of strappy sandals..." For my Mistress style.. I don't "force" anyone, ever, to dress up. I find that incredibly disasteful. Now, I have encouraged a few men to wear things they may not have picked on their own... yet... they're still guys that would have picked SOMETHING feminine anyway. So, for edging (and I can't scroll back to see how this is formatting, so thank goodness it isn't being graded on formatting...) For edging, I don't get into the idea of watching a dude play with himself for however-long while kinda pretending that it's "torture" or "enduring for Mistress". Enduring for me would mean .... I'm don't know if I should just toss this out in the forum. Ha. I guess I can always delete it later! For me, I get more out of coerced orgasm, prostate massage, HFO with the tens unit (electricity, it's mild). Now, that's not to say that edging can't be fun, but if it turned into the focal point of every session I'd be bored .. fast. The same goes with chastity, actually, although it seems to go against what many looove.. I can only do longer-term chastity with those that I just see here and there (or do online keyholding). When my live-in companion has done stints of chastity, it's usually more of a "wear it while it's not being used" kind of deal and he's unlocked 1-2x/day. I'm also not the type to want "edged" myself. I feel like my ebb and flow is naturally like that anyway.. so when I'm at the tipping point I simply like the release and then to go again.. and again.. but that's just the magic of being able to orgasm as many times as practical. ;) (Y'know, you gotta sleep sometime!) On that note.. Dating Advice by Elswyth (only after you've been dating a while!) -- if you find stamina can be an issue or just want something new, do a vibrating sleeve. While I thought it was strange at first (which is true for a few sex toys!) it is .. yum... I mean, adding vibration to that area is most definitely an upgrade for me! I know it can tweak a bit on humiliation (if desired) and it definitely makes me laugh my ass off when it's being put on the guy because it makes terrible fart noises.... but... laughter is good for any relationship.

I listened to this CtD at 11:30 pm on Friday and thought I could deal with it in the remaining half hour of July. What a stupid concept - with so many thoughts, with lots of advice and inputs it took me far into the first of August to internalize what has been said. Maybe I’m a bit slow, but at least I know now what 1. to abandon, 2. to be grateful for and that edging can’t count as an orgasm simply because it is called edging and not orgasming (sorry about that simplified linguistic approach). I love being here! Thank you! Hope you will be ok again soon, Mistress, and ready to receive all the pleasure that you deserve from your SbE.
