I find chakras to be a useful way to stay in tune with my entire body, avoiding the common habit of neglecting different parts. You may find the chakras resonate with you as a simple anchor or reminder.

Others may be experienced with chakra work and it is part of their daily life. Either way, this session is suitable for beginners, experienced, and all those in between.
