A Tonic for Temperance - 12-Minute Meditation background music - windchimes, tones, nature.

Let this calming music with pastoral ambience and pleasant wind chimes help you relax, or use it to focus on something specific for a short time, putting all your energy behind one subject until the music releases your mind and body as it comes to rest around the 10 minute mark. For those following my March Eunoia series focussing on our naughty and nice words that will guide us through this year, here you can find that background music already requested by a few of my followers. A starting point for March Eunoia: https://youtu.be/TaIQKAkQJxU Also easily downloadable as an mp3 from my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/SpokenByElswyth

OMG! That was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. So calming, so pleasant. As close to the water as I could get without getting wet. Thank you so much for creating and sharing that, Mistress Elswyth :)
