Oooof... that was a ride. From some really bad diss battles, to a few good ones to the beginning of the fantastic Quarterfinals stages!

i cant take the sokodomo hate man 😭 i agree his diss was simply not even a diss but i dont think hes ever done one? and on these shows i feel like he really plays up this character that can make him come off as arrogant but outside of hsr/smtm he has some truly incredible music like i dont think hes shown half his real talent this season the editors really focus on how hes ~weird~ and make him look extra gimmicky. ok rant over lol i was so mad i missed ur stream/a chance to defend him lmfao

It wasn't hate. Disliking one's style and hating are two very different things. And it's blatantly obvious his diss was bad. The reasons behind that may vary, but the outcome is the same. I was not trying to talk him down but I have seen much better things from Sokodomo, particularly in HSR3. Feels like he regressed but that's only my opinion, it's totally fine to have your own one

Bit late but wanted to comment. Gwangil Jo's performance was just so good. And he getting Monika as a feature made me very happy. She's THE dancer. Her being a contestant in SWF is an understatement. Many of the people participating there were her students once (there are more being her students earlier than aren't ^^). She dances everything and has such a stage presence,it's out of this world. She owns a studio with Lip J (aka the world best waacking queen. She's internationally very famous and won several competitions. And was a judge for many international waacking competitions). They're an unbeatable duo. Aaaaand they danced together for Hoodys Song (Lights), not really showing of there but they're still incredible. Unfortunately (since you asked about SWF), Monika got really treated badly in the show, getting the "mean" role but she's a very sweet person. And Lip J is just showing a bit of what she can do there. But they're such an incredible duo so I definitely recommend SWF

Thanks for some of the insight for these two :) That really sounds interesting. Also it's so intriguing to me how I never hear about these popular dancers.
