The boys are back and we are readjusting their levels! I feel for Doha man, this guy doesn't catch a break and I wish for him to just succeed, even if just a little T___T

I love vocal teachers that are strict, this will help them be more realistic, a lot of them came with terrible vocals, relied on the looks and dance to pass by, I think even if criticism is harsh, its warranted, some of them dont have what it takes, and its better if they realise it sooner than later, I do think you need at least some natural born talent to be a singer, you cant train it if there is no potential, so I like when teachers are strickt , they are preparing them for a harsh world of being an idol.

To an extent I definitely agree with this, but I also think you can be strict and at the same time respectful. Some antics this guy has (one of them, not the Simon Dominic clone but the other guy) are just unacceptable imo. You can achieve the same effect without those.

I dont remember him being this strict usually, but I do think he is not doing it with malice as he is trying to motivate them, even if its cruel at times. I think we now might be talking about a dance teacher? I do agree he goes a bit over board, but I think that is something production told them to do, as if you watched from first produce till now, they always have a villan trainer, always.
