After all of the training, and the contests, especially Whole Cake Island's contest, Nami has stretched her appetite, her stomach, and her ship's food supplies. Nami now growing in size, the mountains of food she has consumed recently adding not just to her thickening ass cheeks, thighs, heavy tits, and gut, but also her height and frame. She starts going crazy with Hunger Pangs, almost mirroring Big Mom. Chopper steps in to run a diagnosis and shares his findings, in his medical wisdom deciding that there is no other course of action except to continue to feed Nami more and more to placate her growing appetite. She is deep in a tantrum, screaming, flailing, her bulky soft mass jiggling about. The crew decides they will have to restrain her if they are to be able to feed her to the point of being docile again...
