OnePiece Women's Eating Contest 56 (Patreon)

Perona has packed herself to the gills with sausages. She can no longer float, weighed down by 100's of pounds of food, if not tons. Her breasts swollen to fit gallons of milk. Her milktanks resting on either side of her swollen body, pushed to the side as her belly- round like a globe- rippling with waves of sloshing food under her taught skin- dominates the space infront of her ushing everything else aside. She sweats profusely as her body works hard to digest everything she has taken in.
