I wanted to see if I could make a mascot for Twitch. And then Cindy as a Nurse. Just more practice in Clip Studio Paint.

Maybe simpler shapes? Your sketches have been pretty simple on shape language but perhaps you find yourself adding a lot of detail subconsciously?

Exactly, I'm so used to adding extra details. I'm trying to pull back but yeah it just seems to happen without me trying. In the sketches it's more natural, digitally I have a hard time.

I feel like sketching comes more naturally on the ipad since it mimics a sketchbook. Do you do the whole drawing in csp or have you tri3d sketching in one program (or traditional) and then importing the sketch into csp?

Actually most of my sketches I do are now in Procreate. Then I've been importing the sketch into csp for final art.

Ahh I was about to suggest that. Procreate has some great sketch brushes. Have you tried the ipad screen cover that mimics the texture of paper?

Yep, but it destroyed my pen tips too fast xD So I just use the normal protector. I don't mind the slippery surface.

Oh man, I didn't know that... I've been using it for awhile now because the slippery surface just feels odd lol. Excited to see whats next! Hope tonight's stream goes well! If it's still going when I get home, I'll catch it

Yeah I was burning through my pen tips pretty fast. The paper texture protector is definitely better but I chose pen longevity over it. Plus I'm using csp on my desktop and Cintiq pen display more nowadays.

I never got used to my cintiq, and it didn't help that I only have one hdmi port lol so having to switch from monitor to tablet kind of slowed my use of it
