I need help! Entering my email into the patreon code in the game says it's not registered!

I'd make sure of the following: -Same email as your patreon account -include the full email address (@soinso.com) -make sure you are subscribed to bestfriend or above. Mine worked for me almost instantly.

It says "connecting" for 30 or so seconds, then tells me my email is invalid.

I don't understand why it's doing this. I bought the game on itch.io around 8 months ago, and I never had this problem. I downloaded the newest build, but it was no longer accepting my itch.io email. I then came here, and subscribed to the best friend tier, but it wouldn't accept my patreon email, either.

I'm starting to think the game just isn't connecting to patreon, or something. I'm going to try disabling my antivirus.

I really don't know what I'm supposed to do here. Nothing's working.

Data initialization can take from 10 to 30 minutes after subscription. Sometimes instantly. It all depends on the state of the servers. Are you sure you're not okay right now?
