GreyWolf: I think McGee should have a romantic relationship. Pawn Stars Meme: Sorry, the best I can do is a Ziva/Ray breakup and a Tony/EJ relationship.

Yea mostly from here on out season ending storylines and even beginning and midseason storylines will be multiple episodes. Other than a couple 2 part episodes it will be harder to know when cliffhangers are coming ;) hope you enjoy the ride that is these next few seasons. They are a blast to watch.

Im pretty sure you already figured it out, but in case you didnt. When Vance told Gibbs that the case just fell onto "our soil" he meant that the murder JUST happened for the first time on US soil, while the other murders took place overseas. And EJ's team started the case in Rota, Spain. So in simple terms, i will use one of Gibb's rules as an explanation, i think its Rule #32(?). "Your case, your lead" So since it was originally EJ's case when she started in Rota, and when the murder took place on US soil, it was inevitable that EJ will take the lead on the case.

Also, in regards to Rule #12 (never date a coworker). It generally ONLY applies within Gibb's team. Like for example, Tony and Ziva dating, that goes against that rule, since they are on the same team. With Tony and EJ, it is different, because they are on separate teams. And you also gotta learn to give new characters a chance, dont judge them right off the bat. Certain new character, yes, you can judge them, but others, you gotta give them a shot.
