So at the end there, the subtitle is not wrong. Its hard to notice but Gibbs nickname for Ziva has been Ziver.

Also regarding the status of Ziva, I think anything said may give too much away. The best thing I could say is no matter which character it is in the show, their storylines and return are always possible even when you think it truly isn't. Lastly, imo the best way to not spoil yourself with looking up covers would be wait until the opening credits change. Like when they added Vance or a new character to the opening credits etc.
