"How can she not remember her future self visiting her?" Benzos and Whiskey my man. Wonderful cocktail that one.. What's the point in going back in time if you can't help/hurt yourself?! :) ...noos uoy eeS Future note... Just a heads up episodes 10 & 11 should be viewed as one very long episode aka the finale, that the network split into two. Cheers.

Just a little tag on to the question "How can she not remember her future self visiting her". In a round about way she did. The Whiskey and pills made it so the conversation felt like a dream or hallucination. But she does remember fragments. This conversation was actually foreshadowed in episode 7 of season 3 when Jones is having a quiet drink with Deacon. She says "A couple of years ago when I was struggling to perfect that damn machine and I was facing failure after failure, I turned to the noble physicist Dr Jameson for inspiration (referring to Jameson Whiskey). Then hangover, headaches, hallucinations...(pauses)..hallucinations..but I awoke with a solution". This is why she ended up visiting her younger self in this episode because she realized the "Hallucinations" were more than that.

Another tidbit that I've noticed until now in 39:19: If you recall back in 1x1, as Jones narrates the part in where "...everyone is bound by time, we see a photo of Cassie at a congressional (?) hearing wearing her watch on the blackboard Why is this relevant? It gets replaced with new pictures of the 2018 Kalavirus pandemic instead of the 2016 one. (Also evident of the Washington Post article in the 'CDC gaining ground...' which we first see in 2x02) What this all means is that their current present of 2043 was all shaped by events from the 2018 Kalavirus, not the 2016 one. It's also why Dr. Eckland is also there. So, the Cole that we know, his past.... his first splinter mission to kill Leland Goines is not how we see it anymore in 1x1, because that has been overwritten when team Splinter (nickname for our characters) destroyed the virus in 2x2. Again, props to Terry Matalas for ensuring consistency and continuity in show writing. Quite a head spinner lol
