Truth be told, I don't know TOOOO much about Sailor Moon. At my old office job, we had a TV in the lobby that was basically playing Sailor Moon 24/7 for some unknown reason, and during breaks, I'd occasionally sit and watch with a cup of coffee. There were a lot of weird "monster of the week" episodes, and some goofy episode resolutions, but I've got a soft spot for that classic cel-sheet anime charm. At the risk of sounding like a fossil, "they just don't make 'em like they used to". Also, I love the trope of "villains that are evil, but they aren't complete assholes - they just enjoy a bit of chaos and theatric-villainy", especially if there's an episode where they begrudgingly team up with the good guys. Any Mario game where Bowser joins the team is cool as fuck lol

To nobodies surprise, the comic ended up getting temporarily removed from Webtoon due to the criminally-pornographic portrayal of "outlined breast forms" (I know - truly explicit, right? Sorry if you immediately exploded in your pants). It's reinstated now, but I had to basically turn her into a silhouette - no revealing outlines. It's actually surprising how, for a lot of people, my Webtoons account is their "main" source of my comics, considering how often it has to be censored and how many pages aren't even on there at all. At least go to my Twitter or something! Check out the donuts! Those of you who originally came from Webtoons to my Patreon here, I'm sure it's like a breath of fresh air lol

Speaking of Donuts, a certain blue nurse looms ever closer...

However, don't get too excited yet- this is far from the final version! It's just the prototype that Ownaj sent me based on my original sketches, and it's currently undergoing a bunch of changes; I actually whipped up a 2-page list of edits I needed them to make in regards to the overall bodyshape and detailwork (and yes, there's a whole diagram to illustrate "thicker, peach-like booty" lol). Once Ownaj comes back with the 2nd version, it'll hopefully be a lot closer to completion and then I'll have more news to share about it :)

On an art-related note, I've really been wanting to get better at rendering! I see some of these butt pieces on Twitter and I'm like MAN, I want MY butt-drawings to look that juicy! Something about the way these artists blend together white highlights and darker colortones makes it look so good, so I've been taking a bit of time to try studying more about how they do it (Hence, the practice butts). One of the bad things about Krita is that it doesn't have too varied of a Default Brush selection, so I picked up a bunch of free custom brushes online - a lot of them are silly niche tools, but I'm hoping I can find cool uses for them! It's crazy to see how much my art has changed these past few years, but I know I've still got a ways to go 😵‍💫
