Mona decides to treat a Patient (Patreon)

I had that "Doctor Livesey" chad walk meme stuck in my head, so I tried to whip up a funny/sexy video about it with Mona. Ended up making a little prequel to that comic I drew awhile back.I spent more time on this than I expected, but this one REALLY blew up on Twitter - my followers nearly tripled in one day. I guess thick thighs really do save lives (or break pelvises)
