I love extra genitals, especially when a girl has 2 penises

in a miser with a few heads, it looks much better (translated by Google)

subsang

arms, legs, no more heads

C★M

Hard to say... so much things to love ! Maybe extra heads, real extra heads, when one perso has one mind and one counsciousness but several heads.

clancy688

I love additional heads -no conjoinment though (which I loathe) but one consciousness for several heads. :)

Andreas

Well without any doubt heads but I think you already know it right, judging by the rewards I ask you. I also like more arms.

Tom Kauffman

Arms are over-rated. How about a 4 or 6 legged humantaur dressed for the beach; no arms, tight shorts tailored for the additional male organs (front and rear) - and don't forget the breasts on the horizontal torso segment(s).

tessa strong

I'm a simple lady, more arms and legs!

aabsurdity

I agree with many of the other comments here, but I would add that I do like to see girls with many different types of penis. Human, dog, cat, horse, tentacles... Variety is excellent!

Ghostflame

Arms and heads for sure, but an extra mouth, pair of eyes, or fun bit will hardly go unappreciated (especially if it's in an unusual place)

I love all of these! Legs are my favorite, Heads that have a singular consciousness that can be split is a very interesting concept, extra gentials can be amazing, arms and breasts are always welcome xD and facial features (like lipples or mouth where vagina is or third eyes second mouth on face or on belly button etc etc!) can be really fun, but I also really like your elasticity stuff there was this one called sketch - couple you did I wish became a lineart!

Also: breast nagas are awesome have you done one access? It’s a girl with a serpentine body/snake tail but human skin, sometimes extra arms, and breasts going all the way down her body getting smaller and smaller as her tail thins out! And her vagina is in between a pair of breasts! Oh, and also, natural body magic in general is awesome, especially gential removal and head removal and the body having mind of its own when separated and stuff like that!

Ninuden

Legs and heads, definitely.

Talyn2323

three breasted girls, definitely :)
