I leveraged "fair use" legally for the small amount of music in this video.  Inevitably YouTube may hit this with some sort of problem as a result and you may see an Ad on this video if you're not using an AdBlocker.   That plays fine into the discussion we're having here, so keep on reading, please.

Check out the BitChute article a few posts down. It's basically bittorrent protocol utilized to stream.

This is largely a matter of preference, but I find uBlock Origin uses a bit less resources than Adblock, at least on Chrome. The uBlock developer also has another product called uMatrix which lets you selectively block Javascript, cookies, iframes and other content from untrusted hosts.

alternate tube can only be a service that provides an app for Android or IOS etc. to be useable on TV's, Tablets and so on. thats the problem with this alternatives, no app, or unusable app: not an alternative for me. sad!

From what YT is doing right now, if it was around during the rise of ACDC, ACDC videos would be banned. Or any of the reports of people thinking metal music was "evil" and causing teenagers to be violent. Those music videos would be banned along with all of the clips including it. I am in agreement with what Karl is trying to do, and will do my best to keep our "Freedom of Speech" as close to free as we can get.

Thank you for helping us keep this in perspective. De-centralizing is critical. I can't see YT lasting long with this happening. Maybe I'm blind because what I normally watch is the content under attack. Keep on keeping on!! Appreciate you.
