If I'm not mistaken this is the third time Howie has told Sooch that he loves him. The first when he confessed his feelings he said "I think i am in love with you Sooch" or something to those lines when he was explaining that it was more then just a crush he was trying to get over. 2nd time was when he left to go home for a week.
